Pecan Pie

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup dark corn syrup
1-1/2 cups broken pecans
Pastry pie shell (half recipe)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.

Make pie shell, line pie plate, and set aside.

Cream butter and sugar until light, add eggs, then flour, salt, vanilla, syrup and pecans.  Fold into prepared pie shell and bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350 and bake for 25 minutes.
