Baked Feta

This is nice for parties, appetizer or we had it for dinner the night before last.



Ingredients:
6 ounces of crumbled feta cheese
18 ounces (1 jar) of pasta sauce - your choice
1 baguette thinly sliced and toasted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Pour jarred sauce into a heat-resistant serving dish, cover with crumbled feta, bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and feta is beginning to melt.

Variation:
I just cut a loaf of Italian bread in half, buttered it, and seasoned with garlic powder, pepper and salt, and placed it in to toast while the feta was baking.  When done, I sliced it for dipping.
