Olneyville Hot Weiners

I want some hot wiener's!  Doesn't help I've made myself hungry posting recipes all morning.  Here is a knockoff recipe, but we can't forget the original.

What you need:

Wieners/hot dogs (Try or any natural casing hot dog)
Hot dog buns, supermarket are fine.
Yellow mustard
Chopped Spanish onion
Meet sauce (see recipe below)
Celery salt

Steam your buns or they can be microwaved too.  Place cooked hot dog in bun, swipe of mustard, cover in meat sauce, garnish with chopped onions and dash of celery salt.

Enjoy!

 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root

 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 1 teaspoon soy sauce
 10 ounces ketchup
