Imitation Crab Spread
This is just wonderful on a Ritz cracker. Yum!
Ingredients:
2 packages of cream cheese, softened
1 bottle of shrimp cocktail sauce
1 package of imitation crab meat
Directions:
Use glass pie plate. Spread cream cheese out along the bottom of the plate. Cover with cocktail sauce, spread evenly. Spread out imitation crab meat over cocktail sauce. Chill for 2 hours and serve with crackers.
