Apple Pie

Mix the following apple filling before you start to make the standard pie crust recipe so that it can sit and it will make its own flavored syrup.  The juicier the apples the better.  If they are dry, add 2 tablespoons of water.  I recommend measuring sugar & cinnamon combination to taste.

Ingredients:
6 Granny Smith apples
1/2 to 1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of flour
